Zermatt, Switzerland

What could possibly be cool about a town with no cars? Well you can literally ski from Switzerland to Italy. This mountain resort is known for outdoor sports like skiing, climbing and hiking. The town, with an elevation of around 5250 ft, lies below the iconic Matterhorn peak. The main street Bahnhostrasse is lines with boutique shops, restaurants and hotels. The perfect European vacation for relaxation, outdoor adventure and history.
